Until recently, with the old system, your Student ID Card was designed and printed at the beginning of the school year. Plenty of plastic cards and non-recyclable colour film, electricity and carbon producing waste from transport went into those old cards. When it finally came time to hand out the cards to the students, it was laborious, time consuming, and a germ spreading nightmare. Several hands touched the cards while printing, packaging, sifting and sorting and distributing. After all that – many students lost their cards within hours. And for the cards that were received and saved, much of the information on the card itself was quickly out of date.
With our new Digital Student ID Cards – the student who would often lose or forget to have their ID Card with them, has it. Now it is on their phone. Students do not forget their phone. Even if they do lose their phone, the data is quickly restored on their next phone. If necessary, Admin can easily check to see if the student has a card on the Admin Panel.

Custom designs
Your Digital Student ID Card will be custom designed to include things like: School Logo, School colours and a photo of your school building. Plus lots of other amazing features only found on a live digital card.
Animated background increase security
By having a custom digital animated background your card will be exciting and aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly highly secure. A moving background will thwart forgeries as the moving parts will be all but impossible to recreate and alter.
Instantly EDITABLE Text Fields
You’ll always have up to date information on the student cards! On the back (flip side) of the card, there are three easily editable text fields. You can use these for Deals and Discounts from local sponsoring businesses, to add awareness to health hotlines, promote upcoming events and feature rotating motivational quotes or the school’s motto.
SIGNATURES ON THE CARD
Students have the ability to SIGN THEIR CARDS.
By using their touch screen and a finger or stylus, students can quickly and easily sign their card. The signature appears instantly on the front.

A customizable link option is available to school admins. This feature allows the school to set a touch hyperlink on the back of the card to easily navigate to a chosen site. Some schools are using this to link to the school’s homepage, some to health crisis hotlines. The choice is unlimited.

All the data is securely hosted in the cloud and can be accessed and editted from the Admin Panel.

Super easy to use, update, backup and play with.
Features include:
- Secure password protected login.
- Adding a New Student.
- Changing or adding a new photo.
- Updating any of the student ID fields such as name spelling, grade, barcode number.
- Edit Everything!
- One Click Backups and Restore
- SPECIFIC GROUP UPDATES. On the back of the card there are three text fields (see above). These can be updated by Whole School, Grade, Home Room or Individual Student.
For example,
Add a new Business who is offering a discount to the whole school, or
Send a message to only Mr. Oliver’s homeroom if you need to remind them to wear hiking boots that day.

RESET PASSWORDS
If a student has an issue with their login, they can click the “Forgot Password” on the app. Plus the Admin Panel also allows the cards to be reset with one click from the TOOLS Panel, if preferred.
MORE AMAZING FUNCTIONS FROM THE ADMIN PANEL
- Create a high res PDF file of the card. This is created with one click from the Tools panel. From there it can be downloaded and printed onsite.
- EMAIL the PDF. Again, with one click from the Tools panel, the high res PDF of the card can be emailed to preset emails such as the person who prints at the school, the school photography company, the student who registered the card or a manually entered address (perhaps a parent who needs or requested it).
